Don't hold your breath, back when I was the SCMDM MVP (yeah, there was one.
Yours truly) the conversations that were held at the time of it being
wrapped into SCCM were around a very limited number of devices (5 iirc)
being fully MDM-aware/capable. Of course, my input is *very* dated and
things could have changed - oh god, I hope so!

That said, however, the MDM component that has been wrapped into SCCM is
entirely WSUS-based, so chances are really high that while the best of
SCMDM may be dead, the entire baby didn't go out with the bath water.
