It's a bit of a stumper... Logs and raw mail included below - if someone can look it over andeither see what I'm missing or suggest where else to look, I'd appreciate it. Side note: I looked in the event logs, and noticed a ton of 8206 EXCDO entries with code 0x80004005. I'm just about to apply this hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943721.
