Yup. EV is very highly configurable and integrates perfectly with Outlook and OWA (with IE). I'd be interested to understand the reasons for migrating to a different product though.

But as an end user, I use EV and day to day it fits what OP asked for pretty well. Once all the right add-ins are configured it works smoothly and doesn't interrupt my workflow.
