(with apologies to those affected by that particular storage-related
problem last year, whether customers or staff).

They got plenty of blame for that one, rightly or wrongly. Those who
aren't familiar with the problem who are bothered to, please Google for
"Plusnet email outage 2006". OK, so it wasn't a false positive of any
sort, but it still demonstrates how customers can be affected...
