Smells like a bug. I'll take a look.
Right. Parsing quirk introduced with the facility to define new macros
during a "-be" session. Having expanded the "_DKIM_SIGN_HEADERS" the
result, having a leading capital letter, looked like a definition of
a new macro - but, lacking an '=', was malformed. Prefixing a space
means no initial capital letter, hence a workaround.
Fix in the works.
