Correct (subject to such headers being defined as part of the signature,
per the transport configuration).

Modifications done by Exim, or Exim-run filters, will not affect an evaluation 
of DKIM
that is done by Exim.  They do have potential for affecting an evaluation done
by Thunderbird.
