Hi,
I am still running sa-exim and find it very helpful. It's still there in debian testing. At least in 4.99-4 sa-exim does not appear to be working. I get 2025-11-20 20:11:29 1vMB05-00000000NNF-2tXw [email protected] H=sonic327-44.consmr.mail.ne1.yahoo.com [66.163.188.19] P=esmtps temporarily rejected by local_scan(): Local configuration error - local_scan() library failure\n/usr/lib/exim4/local_scan/sa-exim.so: undefined symbol: expand_string and the email system is broken, no mail can be sent.
