Hello Thomas, local_scan is a native exim feature https://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch-adding_a_local_scan_function_to_exim.html However the "official" version is compiled into exim, whereas sa-exim is built as dynamic object and dlopened by exim. There is an external patch to exim to allow dlopened local_scan. The latest semi-official one is shipped with sa-exim https://salsa.debian.org/holmgren/sa-exim however it does not apply cleanly anymore, you can find the version used by Debian here https://salsa.debian.org/exim-team/exim4/-/blob/master/debian/patches/90_localscan_dlopen.dpatch?ref_type=heads Fedora has a slightly different version https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/exim/blob/rawhide/f/exim-4.97-dlopen-localscan.patch but there should not be a substantial difference. > Can I help in any way? I hope will tell me if I am wrong. cu Andreas -- ## subscription configuration (requires account): ## https://lists.exim.org/mailman3/postorius/lists/exim-users.lists.exim.org/ ## unsubscribe (doesn't require an account): ## [email protected] ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://wiki.exim.org/
