I am now getting failures under a particular circumstance--sending to an address with "list-" in its name. I've been able to generate errors which show this when sending to [email protected]:
*"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:* "[email protected] <[email protected]> xample.com "The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain..." Note that the "LIST-" in the name is missing. I've run this test with exim -bd -d-all+lookup and the lookups all look normal. Yet this bounce message comes to me. There's header information with it, all of which references the full, correct address. My hypothesis is that the lookup is somewhere doing something wrong. I'm finding this puzzling to say the least and am not sure how to proceed.
