In this topic we will keep you up to date with the latest developments in MISA / NATHA etc. and also with the most important debates in the Romanian exmisa forum
Until now MISA din not admit that it has been excluded from the IYF and is keeping the flags on the official website. They have however admitted that their Congress is not suported by the International Yoga Federation, but they kept the flags on the Congress homepage http://www.wisdomofyoga2008.net/ They are now trying to make it look like they lost IYF's support because they wanted to remain faithful to the traditional yoga and to spirituality and refused to promote sports yoga, and not because of their involvement with sex industry, not applying the Federation's standards and because of the rudeness and unworthy behaviour of the MISA leaders. In the Romanian section there were some debates, and I will summarise them briefly. Following the inquiry on the forum about the erotic festival in Barcelona an article was published in the newspaper Gardianul, and the follow-up was that one of the participants who left MISA in 2005 and now has a nine months old baby had to quit her job at the music university. The debate is whether the people who already left MISA should be spared such an experience, by not disclosing their names. No conclusion has been reached yet. There was an older topic on multiple orgasm in men, and there were a lot of discussions lately, so things have become rather clear: - sexual continence in not a traditional tantric technique - loss of semen can be suspended with yoga practice and abstinence - control of ejaculation is possible and recommended for increasing enjoyment in love making - once the orgasm is approached and experienced the semen is lost, either by ejaculation or by redirecting it into the urinary bladder or prostate with possible harmful consequences. Another topic is love and free will, and did Gregorian Bivolaru break these laws. Despite the large amount of evidence that was provided and extensive explanations, the inquirer cici_balerina is not really ready to accept them and continues to find various ways around the arguments, but we seem to agree that it was a useful exercise
