Fellow expats, I am moving back to the States to continue my studies and will be vacating my apartment. My landlord has always been unusually pleasant to deal with, so I agreed to help him search for a new tenant. He prefers expats but Russians are also welcome.
The flat is Evro-remont and will be available from September 11 for the long term. It's approximately 28 square meters and is 1-room plus the standards (kitchen, bathroom, balcony). The flat is only five minutes walk from the metro, a supermarket, about a dozen restaurants (ranging from Kruzhka and fast food on the low-end to TGI Friday's, Yakitoria, an Italian place on the higher end), a clothing center and an electronics center. On the metro you can be in the center in 20-25 minutes. The area is very green with several boulevards, as well as two parks within 10 minutes walk. The rent, including utilities ex: internet, is 24,500 rubles per month. For those desiring internet, it would be easy enough to simply pass on my broadband account.
