Raiffeisen (sic) - slow, pedantic, and correct in all dealings for many years. Citibank - slow, pedantic, and frequently incorrect with intermittent problems with the RF central bank. VTB - biggest, most western RF bank. Sberbank - biggest, not western RF bank.
In my professional opinion, with Gazprom down 5% on one day, a person would have to be ... not thinking clearly... to go to any other bank in Russia.
