Dear All,
I'm looking for a designer that can remodel a flat in Moscow.
The designer will be in charge of the decoration of the flat, maybe
change some partitions, but above all choose materials, lights, etc, and
to be able to make plans and 3 D images. Regarding the construction,
licence, autorization, the designer will work with a russian guy in charge
of all these details.
Do anyone has idea about the cost? Are they many designers (russian or
expat) working privately?
