OK, folks, found a decent place and then a better place. So, as of EITHER (you choose) Dec. 1 or Dec. 19.
2 room apt., 50.6m2 [kid you not, the landlord claims the .6], complete Ikea remont, everything is Ikea, kitchen, lights, walk in closet, bathroom fixtures, euroremont, washing machine with built-in dryer, dishwasher, plasma TV, etc. On top of Novoslobodskaya Metro and about 5 minutes away from Mendeleevskaya. Physically located across the side street from TGIF on Novoslobodskaya, supermarket (perekrestok) across the street. The building is completely access controlled, there are gates (electric) that go out on the street, and all the entrances are from an inner courtyard, that has a wholly contained park with dogs, old people, children. No drunks, garbage, and random people. In a way it's all the benefits of being very urban, without having to face it when you wake up. I paid the broker fee of 2,500, so no fee to you. The landlord is a normal guy, responsive, speaks English, lived in America a little bit. The monthly is 2,500, or it was for me. PLEASE NOTE: I am running this notice, b/c the landlord had been decent to me in the very short time (1.5 months), I was in the apt. None of the money is to be given to or accepted by me.
