2. raiffeisen - found out today that they charge $7 (!!!) for a non-raiffeisen ATM transaction within Moscow. combined with an inability to pay for Raif services at one branch if these services are rendered at a different branch, it's time to leave them. honestly, i have been using and recommending them for years and getting no interest on hundreds of thousands of dollars, to absolutely no purpose. they charge fees for everything (we t'ferred about $50,000 in, they took an "incoming transfer" fee), and their services (I don't think) are distinguishable from Alfa or Sberbank.
