Please be aware that the Russians embassy in London does only the same thing like the US-american embassy in Moscow. Please ask Russians who try to apply for a USA-visa. This is just a hassle and for most of the Russian (with a clean record) a very precarious situation. And I may not imagine that a Russian man may enter US with a multiple entry business visa valid 360 days. The same situation exists for Russian in the EU, no entry for 360 days without a break (90/180). Nevertheless there are again and again new and tougher rules for visa, working allowance and registration in Russia and the Russian authorities interpret and fulfill these new rules "on their own way".
