Since I live in Moscow (2002) all my friends (4) and foreign colleagues (at least 10 families) were relocated by FROESCH Company from Germany and elsewhere (I came from Italy with a complete house hold, means furniture, etc. 65 cubic meters!!). We were totally satisfied with the performance of the FROESCH and my friends and colleagues as well. No bigger damages, exact time planning and no bigger delay (which causes usually by costumes). Might be there are cheaper providers but in terms of services you have to look for an equivalent.
Please look as well to website for more Germans in Russia related information - http://forum.aktuell.ru/ or international expats on https://www.xing.com/net/moscow/ Regards, Simone Message: 2 Date: Sun, 23 Dec 2007 18:13:59 +0300 From: "Amy Kouznetsova" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: Expat List moving from germany To: "Human Resources" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "The Moscow Expat List" <[email protected]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" We've had three moves with FROESCH and had administrative drama and stress during all three moves and damage during two of them. The last move was so stressful, I don't have words to describe it, and they doubled their estimate halfway through the move based on their mistake and held our stuff in their warehouse unless we agreed to the extra charges. It took FROESCH's carrier over five months (and countless e-mails and follow-up) to remit payment for damage after the penultimate move, and FROESCH has not even responded to our last claim that we submitted in September.
