London (as of last week) and DC (as of November) don't require AIDS tests at
all for business visa processing.

We have a company that processes visas in New York, and deal with the
Russian consulate every day. Very specifically they don't accept anything
besides a blood test.

Subject: Expat List Bloodless HIV testing?

Hi, does anyone know of a place in Moscow that does HIV testing via ear
swabs (or any other method not involving the needle) and whose results would
be accepted by the Russian consulate in NYC for visa purposes?

Thanks,

Alex
