Agree.

I actually forwarded a couple of pieces of this thread (less email addresses, 
of course) to some friends at Citi in the US. 

Will be interesting to see if anything changes :-))

Listen, this is Russia, all banks are getting worse these days, they
are becoming too big to listen to their private clients. They pay low
salaries to tellers and hire students who have not yet graduated, into
such positions.

They invent new commissions and charges, and you will be always wrong
with your complaint. This is the country of big companies and
monopolies now. They are fat cats, a friend of my wife works in a
casion, and a bank owner comes there, willing to spend $25K per night,
laughing that there is no place he can invest this money in Russia.

RZB or IMB are not better, believe me, I was forced into RZB recently
because they took over Impexbank, and now I do not know where to run!
