ESSENTIAL
EXPERIENCE
* Five years of management experience within a service based
organization
* Evidence of developing HR development policies, obtaining buy in from
senior management and seeing policies through to implementation.
* Significant experience within the HR function addressing employee
management issues in a diverse and fast paced environment.
* Lead and motivate teams within the HR function, working with
operations to deliver their strategies.
* Experience of working with individuals representing different
cultures and specifically in a mixed culture context, either through working in
an international organization or having worked and lived abroad.
DESIREABLE
EXPERIENCE
* Been involved in the development of HR strategy which reflects the
wider business strategy, and its delivery.
* Worked in a culture where business growth and needs change rapidly,
requiring supporting departments to deliver within short timeframes.
* Strong project management skills
* Detailed knowledge and expertise in compensation and benefits
* Experience and appreciation of local cultural issues and their impact
on general HR policies.
* A working knowledge of Russian labour law.
* Strong network with HR professionals within local environment
