  DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE



    a.. Been involved in the development of HR strategy which reflects the 
wider business strategy, and its delivery.
    b.. Worked in a culture where business growth and needs change rapidly, 
requiring supporting departments to deliver within short timeframes.
    c.. Strong project management skills 
    d.. Detailed knowledge and expertise in compensation and benefits
    e.. Experience and appreciation of local cultural issues and their impact 
on general HR policies.
    f.. A working knowledge of Russian labour law.
    g.. Strong network with HR professionals within local environment
