Hello, a friend of mine overstayed a 1 year business visa (overlooked the 90 day rule) for about 63 days and just realized it. Do you have an idea how to fix this problem and who can fix it? Please email me directly or post it to the list (if it's a legal fix). No need to say that he lives here and wants to stay a bit longer and not get on any blacklist.
