Careful on this one!
Does your friend speak Russian? It could be worth going to the OVIR's office and plead your case. Possibly they could arrange "exchanging" 63 days from your friend's next 90 days. I would be leery of trying to pass off as sick for 63 days. Might be time to consult a professional service for advice.
