Even has a place to plug in your MP3 player and listen to it just like any other component you'd The setup is very straight forward and well documented in the manual IF what I have found on the web is correct I believe the RX-V459 is a late 2007 early 2008 model? Bottom line: If you want a super clean sounding unit without a ton of buttons...reasonable price with lots of features...top notch quality inside and out...this Yamaha is the way to go. Trust me it won't take long for you to fall in love with it! Strengths: The usual super Yamaha quality build and sound. Easy to navigate and setup. Plenty of features without being overwhelming!!! Place to plug in your MP3 player. (Don't see this on the higher end units for some reason) I like the -80db to +80db volume setup.
