Does your contract state a certain "guarantee period" whereby they are forced to find a new apartment for you if anything happens within x amount of months? As you have recently moved into this apartment, you should share the email address with the General Director if you have it as I'm sure a few of us would be happy to help persuade them to do the right thing in the eyes of the expat community!
