If the previous visa is still valid, nothing has to be annulled... you can
still use it...
If no longer valid, the rules of Schengen visa issuing is that the country you
intend to visit should be the first one to validate the visa... unless you
transit through another Schengen airport, but with final destination to country
you got the visa issued by.
