Mallorca or Ibiza would be lovely this time of year but hotter than you suggested. Closer to 30oC in the peak of day.
Both are gorgeous islands although the reputation of both are tarnished by the party animal reports all the time. They both have crazy, stupid party animal villages but these equate to about 10% of the whole of the island/s. The rest is just amazing and I highly recommend them both!
