They were very thorough with translating and notarizing my many documents needed for registration here.
To get there you need to walk through the underpass at 1905 to the other side of the street. After a quick 3 minute walk continuing down the main street you will see the large Electronics Mall on your right. You need to go through the whole Electronics Mall and walk to the back and left. When you see the Amway warehouse/store you turnaround and look up at the second floor. It is a small second floor with only three small offices. Look for their name and Notarius. If you have any problems finding them give me an email, sms, or call. My Address program only got me to the building not the exact location within the Mall.
