Dear Roy,

Give it a try at a “sports food” shop, there are lots around the city. I saw
one near Savelovskiy train station, in the very beginning of Butyrskaya
Str., looks like a big standalone kiosk. Proteins should be there, too.

Sincerely,

How can there be no electrolytes in the pharmacy here? I went and spoke with
the girls at the local chemist and was offered an eye of the newt, dried bat
wing etc, when I just needed a sports drink with electrolytes to combat
dehydration brought on by the pharaohs revenge. (I will tell you how the bat
wing and newt eye works as my bowels Boil and Bubble with double trouble,
etc.)
