What you need is called Regidron/Регидрон (Rehydron) - made in Finland,
and sold in just about every pharmacy in Moscow.

It's a powder which you mix into a drink.

Contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, and glucose.

How can there be no electrolytes in the pharmacy here? I went and spoke with
the girls at the local chemist and was offered an eye of the newt, dried bat
wing etc, when I just needed a sports drink with electrolytes to combat
dehydration brought on by the pharaohs revenge. (I will tell you how the bat
wing and newt eye works as my bowels Boil and Bubble with double trouble, etc.)
