I guess you may try to contact one of the international Moscow-based
women's clubs for the contacts of such classes.

And I think it contains necessary information.

Dear list,
As we've entered the final countdown (90 days left...), I thought it
would be a good time to start looking around for pre-birth classes.
Basically something that will educate the Mrs. and I what to expect
from the labor/delivery process. Or anything else helpful, really. I
asked our doctor, but she did not know of anything she could
recommend, saying that most of what she was aware of in Moscow had the
ultimate intent of selling you some product (if you don't take THESE
pills, god forbid...), etc.
So, any ideas?
Sessions can be in Russian or English.
