Q: Hello from Elektrostal. If you needed to get some paint mixed to match an existing painted surface, where would you go (in the Moscow region)?
A: Do you know the brand of paint used? If so, it's easy to check who sells what. If not, go to Obi or Tvoi Dom or even Starik Khottabych. They have paint chips to match your sample against, and their nifty little computerized machines mix the paint on site. Of the three, Tvoi Dom seems to have the largest selection of brands.
