Hi, Expatniki. I got a lovely 10-year Russian driver's license, which is now, alas, about to expire. Has anyone gone through this recently? Several questions: 1. Is there only one place for foreigners? (I can't remember where I got mine, but I vaguely recall driving forever...) 2. Is there any chance of getting another 10-year one, or are they only giving them by visa? 3. How long does it take and how much does it cost? Thanks
