The flat is: two minutes form Old Arbat, very quiet neighbourhood; has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around; easy access to three metro stations (Arbatskaya on the blue line, Krapotkinskaya on the red and Borovickaya on the brown); cable TV, Internet, refrigerator and a washing machine are available.
