So a person with a legitimate complaint of abusive behavior on Vadim's
part is a troll. Screaming at your customers is bad business if nothing
else, and calling someone a troll for pointing that out is hardly
appropriate. I don't appreciate being screamed at or called a troll and
I don't tolerate either.

To the extent that Kimberly wants to raise a complaint, I agree with you
and I respect her complaint. But this has now become a rant.

Except for the occasional troll who would like only to prolong and
inflame the rant, I have heard no one else bring forth a similar or, in
fact, any complaint about Liga or Vadim. For this reason I think it is
time for her to stop badmouthing Vadim, let her complaint rest and let
the rest of us get on with something more interesting, like sex on
airplanes, getting drunk, or how bad the airlines and landlords are in
Russia.

Hey Jerome,

Isn't it in all our interests to hear both the good & the not so good
about the services we need to avail ourselves of, especially given that
many of them are overpriced & come on many occasions with dubious
customer
service?? If Kimberley (who I've never met) had a bad experience, is she
badmouthing by recounting what happened to her?? The heart of her
dispute,
as she recounts it, was the reaction to a problem that she explains was
of
Liga's making - perhaps in all your years they never got it wrong to the
extent that you had cause to complain.
My own personal experience in Russia is that there's insufficient
competition to the extent that standards of service fluctuate, &
providers
become complacent. Thus I'm never surprise by how experiences vary
customer to customer.
I've used Liga in the past & was quite satisfied but if someone else
genuinely had a different experience I'm interested to hear about it.
Cheers
