[expert] FTP!!!

Hello

 Could someone point me to a good easy to follow faq on ftpd?  I have
anon ftp set up and working fine but....:) I want to turn off the anon
and make an account that acts the same as anon.... ie  only able to ftp
to/from   /pub/.......  And how do i NOT allow this account to telnet
in?
