Hi,
A "lease" is the amount of time your DHCP server will permit a client to keep the
IP address.  It looks as though the "lease" setting on your server is set to a very
short time period.  Try extending the "lease" setting to something more reasonable,
say 3 or 4 days.
I am not on an NT box, so I can't walk you through the steps, but I believe you
call up the DHCP Manager window, then go the the Create Scope window, there you can
ensure your
IP address range is included and an appropriate time is selected.  The default
install is three days, but seems as though yours has been changed.
