[expert] Finally Upgrading, YAY! Slightly OT

Hi gang, Am finally in the position to upgrade my system. I am going to buy an AMD K-7 550 Athlon, two 64MB DIMMS, and I also want to buy a new motherboard. That is what I am unsure of. Do any of you good people have any positive suggestions for a MB that will be compatible with the K-7? Would prefer one with onboard sound and video if possible. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
