I was a bit anxious to see what happened because I had not all
of Gnome installed with my MDK 7.0.
I just went to the website, followed the instructions and did an
online installation of Helix.
It went smooth w/out any probs. All alreadz installed packages
were updated and the config files still work after that.

I've seldom seen such a smooth update of an only partly
installed system.

Now I'm testing the available managers. I used icewm before
(w/out gnome as base). Now I tried Sawfish and after cleaning up
all the icon trash (there were some double links to the same
target) I really like what I see.
