Hello everyone, I'm using Mandrake 7.2 and have the following problem: I would like to compile a driver for the SB Live! This driver supports the joystick port on the SB Live! as well as the remaining functions already supported by the driver-module bundled with Mdk7.2's kernel 2.2.17-21mdk. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful after a few hours trying it. Not being a programmer, I can only give the output when compiling: [me@jupiter emu10k1]$ make grep: /usr/src/linux/include/linux/autoconf-.h: No such file or directory Makefile:44: /Makefile: No such file or directory make: *** No rule to make target `/Makefile'. Stop. I've already compiled my kernel a few times, have done make clean, dep, etc. But I just can't make this work. Has anybody been able to use it's joystick when plugged in a SB Live! with Mandrake 7.2? I would love to hear the story if someone has done it! TIA!
