https://localhost:10000 you need a secure connection ;) -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Praedor Tempus Sent: Saturday, December 23, 2000 1:19 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [expert] webmin wont work What am I missing/doing wrong here? I have webmin installed and it is running. Whenever I try to connect to "http://localhost:10000/" or "http://localhost.localdomain:10000/" it fails. In konqueror I get an error message that the "connection is broken". If I try to connect from mozilla, nothing happens at all. I can't see any messages in /var/log/messages about it...or anywhere else for that matter. What is needed to run webmin? -- Against stupidity, the gods themselves contend in vain --- praedor
