What version are you trying to download? cups-1.1.6-3.1mdk (and
cups-common and cups-devel) are the versions that are not built with
the libcups1 packages. Are you having difficulty installing those
versions?
Do you have libcups1 or libcups1-devel installed on your system right
now? If so, you should remove them before upgrading.
