[expert] telnet & ftp fail

Hi,

I installed mandrake 7.2 server configuration with low security.

I have use a swap and only a large / space.

FTP and TELNET worked fine for a few hours.

I proceed to build my mysql databse and install my php scripts.

After a reboot I cannot ftp or telnet.

Is there something I must watch out for?
