Dear F Al:

Thanks your reply, I already download 8.0 beta2 iso, that is why I
need cdrecord or any method to put them on my cd rw
drive disk.

In your another article reply to newbie,

 I add to grubber the
line to
scsi-emulation for the second cdrom; then I needed to write:
cd /dev && rm cdrom2 && ln -s scd1 cdrom2; but in the installation
the
cdwriter was perfectly installed.

what do you mean grubber? in /boot/grub/ ? if that is , I had following
files

[root@lshih grub]# ls
device.map fat_stage1_5 install.sh menu.once minix_stage1_5
stage1
e2fs_stage1_5 ffs_stage1_5 menu.lst messages reiserfs_stage1_5
stage2

which one I should modify? then reboot?

need your help
sincere
eric
