Yes, 8.1 its working beatyfully.. (I am talking about Mandrake 8.1 Vitamin) Not redcarpet for 8.1, That I have not been able to install it. And the file I edited was /etc/mandrake-release: Mandrake Linux release 8.2 (Cooker) for i586 Mandrake Linux release 8.1 (Vitamin) for i586 The reason I chenged this file is, if ximian sees 8.2 or cooker, it will NOT install, so changed back to 8.1 Vitamin, and was detected OK as Mandrake 8.1 So, it uses this file to 'determine' was version you're running. I hope I am being clear enough, ;-) If you read the FAQ at their site, they say in a week or two it will be available for Mandrake 8.1 SK -- --=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Thank - you for contacting the SedeComp Communications Technical Support Team.
