ehh, what software are you using? have you set the settings to reflect say 
ntsc (as opposed to pal or secam, if you are in the USA?) and "broadcast" as 
opposed to cable? is the coax running by flouresecent light fixtures? my win 
tv works great and is every bit as clear as any other picture on my computer. 
Is the card next to the video card in side the box? is it next to a network 
card?
