Not intending to prolong a rather off-topic Windows discussion, but M$
did the usual thing: it's not GoBack that's in the newer OSes, it's a
severely crippled half-baked attempt at a pseudo-GoBack. I have ME
machines here, and GoBack is definitely way better than the stuff that
comes with the OS. For one thing, it's stable; for another it deals
with the whole disk, not just some files that Bill G thinks are
important; and for another, it doesn't noticeably impact the machine's
performance.

Yeah, I know, it sounds like magic :-) As far as I'm concerned, it's
the single niftiest program I've seen in thirty years of using
computers.

Last I checked, GoBack didn't work with NT/2000/XP, so probably the M$
stuff is the best there is for those.

PS I am sure that the GoBack folk (Roxio) are doing just fine: Roxio
also makes CD Creator.

PPS Now back to our regular discussions of LM.
