Hi.
Try at http://www.f-prot.is (or http://www.complex.is/f-prot/) - their dos and linux machines are free (and very efficient to!). According to AMAVIS docs, F-prot is supported - see the docs. I have installed it and use it manually to both mandrake and win9x systems. It is also disinfecting (not deleting) files very well (in win/dos environment). If you are paranoid about NEW viruses - and have a fast linux box, enable the /ai switch ("ai" for artificial intelligence). It does a very exhaustive heuristic check in the code of every executable. The 2 "virus definition files" (zips, one for the macros and the other for the rest viruses), are renewed almost daily. Complex is thinking to expand the product to auto-check incoming emails (no need for AMAVIS), but i think this version will not be free ! Regards.
