Thanks Ed, This restores some of my faith in the Linux community.
Your observations make sense, and probably need better documentation as well. I did an Install, and cleaned the /, /usr, /var partitions. The only partitions which were not cleaned included /home, and /var/log. All others stated the Installation with a Fresh partition. Since I used the 'Commercial' Version of the software, would you expect that this definition of the IRQ space be handled properly? Since the Installation completed and recognized all of the hardware on the server, should I expect that it will assign the appropriate IRQ's to the equipment or not? If not then the Installation package needs to indicate that there is a manual process which needs to be completed before the system is actually usable. Is this Pie in the Sky desires, or dreadful leftovers from the Micro sloth era? Can we actually implement this? Personally, if it's automatic, that's fantastic! However, even being told about the 'procedure' would have made a Marked improvement in the process overall.
