I've been doing searches on google, but I can't seem to find a product that will specifically say "convert jpg to van gogh" or along those lines. I've played with some of the plugins that come with the gimp and they aren't too bad, but I'm looking for something that can turn a picture into a pencil sketch for example. Maybe the tools are in front of me, I don't know. If you know of a specific plugin could you give me a name? I've also got photoshop 6 installed.
